2 recettes for Shredded Tofu Stir-fry

Here are two recipes for shredded tofu stir-fry:

Recipe 1: Spicy Shredded Tofu Stir-fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 block of firm tofu, shredded
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish

Directions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
  2. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add sliced onion and bell pepper, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly tender.
  4. Add shredded tofu and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until the tofu is slightly browned.
  5. Add soy sauce, chili paste, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with rice.

Recipe 2: Ginger and Garlic Shredded Tofu Stir-fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 block of firm tofu, shredded
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Directions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers and carrot, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly tender.
  4. Add shredded tofu and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until the tofu is slightly browned.
  5. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot with rice.
