Recipe 1: Garlic Lime Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 head of lettuce, washed and dried
- Optional toppings: chopped cilantro, sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, sliced red onion
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and black pepper. Add diced chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and marinade to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- To assemble the lettuce wraps, take a piece of lettuce and add a few spoonfuls of the chicken mixture to the center. Top with desired toppings and enjoy!

- 1 head of lettuce, washed and dried
