Tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil are combined in this caprese salad, which is dressed with olive oil and a sweet balsamic reduction. Simple, striking, and wonderful! Balsamic reductions are currently available in the majority of grocery stores. Interestingly, it still performs well!

Ingredients
Balsamic vinegar, 1 cup
honey, 1/4 cup
3 big tomatoes, sliced into half-inch pieces
1 (16 ounce) box of fresh mozzarella cheese, divided into pieces of 1/4 inch
4 grains of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, ground
12 cup of basil leaves, fresh
Extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup
Directions
In a small saucepan over high heat, combine honey and balsamic vinegar. Until the mixture has been reduced to 1/3 cup, simmer for 10 minutes after bringing to a boil. Set apart for cooling.
On a serving tray, decoratively arrange tomato and mozzarella slices in alternating fashion. Basil leaves should be tucked around the slices before being sprinkled with salt and black pepper, olive oil, and the balsamic reduction.
