Italian pasta salad with salami and bell peppers that is easy and tasty.
Tri-color rotini pasta, one packet (12 ounces).
34 pound of diced Italian salami
12 sliced green bell pepper
12 sliced red bell pepper
Chopped red onion, half
6 ounces of sliced black olives in a can
Small fresh mozzarella balls weighing 8 ounces (ciliegine)
One cup of Italian salad dressing
dry Italian-style salad dressing mix, 3 (.7 ounce) containers, or to taste
Shredded Parmesan cheese, one-half cup
Large saucepan of lightly salted water should be brought to a boil. Rotini pasta should be cooked at a boil for 8 minutes or until it is soft to the bite. Drain and coolly rinse with cold water.
In a big bowl, mix pasta, salami, pepperoni, onion, mozzarella balls, and olives. Toss the salad with the dressing to coat.
Add dry salad dressing mix to spaghetti salad and blend. Before serving, top with Parmesan cheese.
