Ingredients 9 noodles for lasagna

12 cup of butter

one sliced onion

1 minced garlic clove

all-purpose flour, half a cup

2 cups of chicken stock

3/4 cup of milk

1 salt shakerful

4 cups of split shredded mozzarella cheese

Grated Parmesan cheese, divided into 1 cup.

one tablespoon dried basil

Oregano, dry, 1 teaspoon

12 teaspoon of black pepper, ground

Ricotta cheese, two cups

2 cups of cooked chicken flesh in cubes

2 (10 ounce) containers of thawed and drained frozen chopped spinach

1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley

Directions

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Large saucepan of lightly salted water should be brought to a boil. When the lasagna noodles are al dente, add them and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes; then drain and run under cool water.

In the meantime, in a big pot over medium heat, melt butter; stir in onion and garlic. For about 2 minutes, whisk in flour until onion is soft and lightly colored. Add salt, milk, and chicken broth; continue whisking while cooking for 1 minute.

2 cups mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan should be thoroughly mixed in. Remove from fire and add basil, oregano, and black pepper to taste.

A 9x13-inch baking dish should have 1/3 of the sauce mixture on the bottom of it. Add three lasagna noodles, ricotta, and chicken to the layer. Over the chicken, add 3 lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the sauce mixture, 2 more cups of mozzarella, and 1/2 cup of Parmesan. Over the cheese, arrange the remaining noodles and then evenly sprinkle the remaining sauce. Add the remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan and parsley.

For 35 to 40 minutes, bake in the preheated oven.
